SpaceX Starship is a fully reusable spacecraft designed for missions to Earth orbit, the Moon, Mars, and beyond. It is intended to eventually replace all of SpaceX’s current spacecraft and launch systems, including the Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy rockets, and the Dragon spacecraft. The starship is designed to be both a spacecraft and a second stage for the Super Heavy rocket, which is the first stage. The starship features stainless steel construction, is fully reusable, and is capable of landing vertically after landing back to Earth. The goal of the starship program is to make interplanetary travel and settlement accessible and affordable.
